The Polish company - ACS-ROLNIK.PL expo stand - a representative of Slovenia's ZUPAN will be the showcase for the advanced DTmaxi with the record-breaking JKI95%.  This is a première presentation in Poland of this sprayer version; it offers really rich equipment.  The orchard marvel has been equipped with, inter alia a speed sensors, trees detection and counting sensors the and contactless electrostatics - with the voltage of 12,000 volts the injected working fluid has electrostatic charge.  

Adjustable deflectors are a very important feature - they allow to alleviate the problem of wind directly from the cab and thus increase precision by closing one side of the column and open the other side. When turning with the use of just one key you can do the opposite.

It should be noted that the ZUPAN DT Maxi model is adapted for spraying from 150 to 1500 litres a hectare. Water is the only a carrier and electrostatics promotes a higher concentration, the optimum quantity is 300 litres per hectare.  The recommended speed is 8 to 12 km / h with the pressure of 10 to 12 bar with 360 PTO rotation.  With these operating parameters we can expect that a person standing in an adjacent row to remain dry thus the spray precisely reaches the target.

In addition to the savings resulting from precise spraying, we should also pay attention to the spray quality which translates into higher fruit prices.  When DTmaxi pesticide residues do not exceed required standards - this will probably determine fruit sell to leading retail chains.

If there are tree rows, electrostatics and adjustable deflector may result in so-called "flow-back" onto the trees. As a result we can carry on spray-treatment every other row and save about half the time and fuel.
