Most Amazing Wedding Cake Competition at the FASHIONABLE WEDDING

For the first time in its history the FASHIONABLE WEDDING exhibition will also encompass the Most Amazing Wedding Cake competition. The event is organised by the Guild of Food Sector Crafts Workers and Entrepreneurs in Kielce in conjunction with Targi Kielce S.A.

The Jury Panel will use the following criteria to make the appraisal of the competition entrants:

1) The taste: punch moistening degree, original and unique product taste
2) Decoration: hand made (sugar, chocolate, marzipan)
3) general impression: how the product is served. The competition participants are required also to present one cake serving for one wedding party guests

The competition objective is to select the superb wedding cake. The competition is open for all the confectioneries of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship which lease an exhibition stand at the Fashionable Wedding 2012 exhibition.
