NOT ONLY FOR FRUIT FARMERS

The fruit and vegetable farming trade show HORT-TECHNIKA held on 27 and 28 November will showcase a wide range of products and services; machines, equipment and appliances to be used in gardening, peat and substrates, greenhouses and plastic tunnels, gardening accessories, irrigation systems, chemicals used in gardening, clothing and footwear for gardeners. The products and service scope will be complement with beekeeping and horticulture related problems and issues. The organizers invite you to participate in the Beekeeping Panel targeted at apiculture entrepreneurs, shops, warehouses, heritage parks, museums, publishers, and associations and organizations representing the beekeeping industry from Poland and Europe.  The panel will comprise workshops and training sessions for beekeepers as well as bee products tasting. The expo part will showcase producers' offer complemented with bee-farms equipment.  The event's product and service range includes labels and packaging, protective clothing, hives, food for bees, chemicals, professional literature. The Polish Beekeeping Association is the Panel Partner.  

Hort-Technika expo will also include the Fruit and Vegetable Conference organized by the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship's Marshal Office. Topics covered within the conference scope include the present-day situation and future prospects for fruits and vegetable producer, fruits and vegetable processing as an alternative to sales, integrated farming and a new, prospective foreign markets. The conference will includes specialists' presentations; they represent Poland's most important trade institutions, including Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Republic of Poland Fruit-Farmers Association, the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, the National Association of Fruit and Vegetables Manufacturers Group, Research Institute of Pomology and Floriculture in Skierniewice, Polish Beekeepers Association and the Polish Plant Nursery Association. The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, MEP Czeslaw Siekierski and Marshal of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Adam Jarubas also intent to be a part of the conference.
