Among the witches and wizards gathered at the Sabbath Fiction Fest you can meet with truly real characters.  Bartek Biedrzycki, the author of fantasy, post-apocalyptic genre books - "Kompleks 7,215 [Complex 7215]" and "Stacja: Nowy Świat [New World Station]" discussed his works in the meeting.

There is a kind of post-apocalyptic literature fashion to in our country - said the author - we live a comfortable life, we have everything we need. What fascinates us the what-if scenario, when we lose everything and we are forced to live at the "rubble of humanity", a result of e.g. World War III outbreak. This is what such literature is for - it lets us confront the fear. We envisage the what-if without actually becoming a part of the scenario.

In the meeting Bartek Biedrzycki also talked about his fascination with the colourful comic books of the gray 80s and about his love for Batman's character and personal interests in the space.
