SZCZYRK - AN IDEAL PLACE FOR WINTER SPORTS EXPO

XXXII International Contracting Expo for Sports Industry SPORT-ZIMA - a new, more interesting and better adapted format to the needs of the sports and outdoor industry - held in Szczyrk in less than a month. We asked the event organizer Mateusz Drożdżowski from Yota to comment on the changes

The 2017's KIELCE SPORT-EXPO is held in Szczyrk, in the Orle Gniazdo Hotel. Szczyrk is well-known as the venue for the first sports expo editions.  Why has this hotel been chosen?

Mateusz Drożdżowski:There is no other hotel in Poland which offers such high potential in terms of number of rooms and expo surface. There is an additional advantage of this hotel - the proximity to "Beskid Sports Arena "- the modern ski resort where ski tests are organised as the exhibition fringe event.

A great significance is also attached to the fact that first editions of the expo were also staged in Szczyrk.

Mateusz Drożdżowski:I repeatedly received the exhibitors' feedback. They remember well the atmosphere during that  event. The Kielce-staged expo format fell short of sports industry companies' expectations, in conjunction with Targi Kielce we have decided to return to the roots. I can assure you that this year's expo atmosphere will be as good as at its previous editions. The owner of the hotel has also changed. , They have promised that the hotel would be modernised and expanded; this may be beneficial for WINTER SPORTS expo.
