The "Dog-Friendly Saturday at Galeria Echo Shopping Mall" is the herald for the 10th and 11th International Pedigree Dog Exhibition; Targi Kielce has used the event to start the second food collecting campaign for the benefit of homeless animals
Thanks to the shopping mall's visitors' generosity, 75 kg of animal food will be delivered to the Kielce branch of the Society of Animal Care.
The "Dog-Friendly Saturday" featured the Polish Kennel Club representatives, who talked about different dog breeds . The police Belgian Shepherd Sako presented its skills. The event also included the competitions. A special container marked "Give a Helping Paw" was the centre of the event. The container was filled with food for the homeless animals.
The "Give a Helping Paw" is the Targi Kielce's initiative whose objective is to help homeless animals; the International Pedigree Dog Exhibition is the campaign climax. Last year's début resulted in 100 kg of animal food, necessary winter covers and bedding donated by people of good will. All these were donated to the homeless animals shelter in Dyminy. This year Targi Kielce decided to help Kielce branch of the Society of Animal Care. The Galeria Echo event marked the campaign beginning - the results came as a surprise. The organisers managed to collect more than 75 kg of food. We look forward to seeing all pets lovers who want to support the campaign - join us for the X and XI International Pedigree Dog Exhibition held in Targi Kielce on 12 and 13 November 2016 .
