LAS-EXPO 2019: The latest technologies cut out for the forestry and wood processing industry, Polish premières and everything you need to know about forest resources

Specialists and industry leaders are already getting ready for the March Targi Kielce exhibition. The Timber Industry & Forest Resources Management Fair  will be held already for the 19th time.  From 15 to 17 March 2019, dozens of companies will put the best foot forward and present their offers - the latest machines, technical innovations, and also Polish premières of equipment.

Over 70,000 people had the opportunity to last year’s exhibition.  For years the Kielce expo has been one of Poland’s markets greatest events,  The LAS-EXPO, following previous years' example has been granted with the honorary patronage of the General Director of State Forests, Doctor Engineer  The LAS-EXPO will traditionally commence with the Hunting Buglers Band’s live performance - this has become an inherent part of the trade show. The 2019’s Timber Industry & Forest Resources Management Fair will be the display for several dozens of machines. Thee appliances facilitate everyday work in forestry enterprises. The exhibition is the showcase for the latest tools, harvesting, transporting and wood processing devices - modern sawmills, saws, chippers and shredders. 

Brand new and glossy machines on display both in the exhibition halls and in the outdoor exhibition grounds; these has been the expo many-year tradition show the appliances working live and thus present their potentials.  The outdoor display includes timber handling trucks as well as forest nursery machines. The exhibition will present forest protection measures against pests. The latter plays a significant role in the context of responsible forest resources management and combating the bark beetle plague. Kielce event offers its visitors the chance to become familiar with fire protection systems and means in addition to everything that comes handy for afforestation and forest growing.  Today’s forestry, forest and wood industry cannot possibly go without modern information systems.  The trade fair also addresses game management issues.

- Leading industry companies will bring new products to put on show at the expo.  The Husqvarna brand announces two premieres of the latest generation of saws to be presented in Kielce. For many years, not only has LAS-EXPO been a comprehensive review of the necessary equipment for wood industr and forestry staff, but also the promotion platform of modern technologies - says Agnieszka Dąbrowska, the LAS-EXPO manager.  - I can assure you that this year's exhibition will host again many well-known brands.

The LAS-EXPO 2019 is also marked with the presence of the Association of Forest Entrepreneurs. The association represents the forest-related milieus’ interests, promotes modern technologies for forestry, puts knowledge expansion on safe forestry, new methods and technologies at the top of its priority list. The society finds protection of forest areas against devastation and destruction of pivotal importance.
