  3. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of exhibitions, conferences and accompanying events registration, organization and settlement in accordance with the :
  4. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, 

-       The Art.6 point 1 letter (a) - on the basis of the consent you have expressed

-       The Art.6 point 1 letter (b) - on the basis of the orders and concluded  contracts.

-       The Art.6 point 1 letter (f) - the use of video surveillance and access control systems in order to ensure the administrator's facilities and property protection

    1. the personal data category: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, the represented company name, address data
    2. only the companies which cooperate with Targi Kielce are the sole personal data recipients
    3. the administrator does not disclose or make the data available to any third country or an international organizations
    4. your personal data is stored for the sole purpose of providing information about exhibitions, conferences, and other event-types organized at Targi Kielce as well as for the purpose  of other statutory obligations. The data will be stored until further notice however for the period no longer than 10 years 
    5. you have the right to access personal data, request that inaccurate data is  corrected, remove or limit data processing, you have the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time
    6. you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority

10. your data has been obtained directly from the person or from the Internet or from the employer you represent

  1.  the personal data provision is required for the purpose of exhibitions, conferences and accompanying events registration, execution of orders, events organization and settlement.  A failure to provide the data may result in a refusal to conclude a contract.
    Outside the scope specified above, other personal data provision  is voluntary.

  3. should the data processing purpose change, the data administrator will duly inform you about the change.
