The largest Poland’s, the 2nd International Fair of Bicycle Industry

… and set off

The opening ceremony was attended by the President of the European Cyclic Union Wojciech Walkiewicz

The second edition of the International Fair of Bicycle Industry KIELCE BIKE-EXPO has brough together over 100 exhibitors from 8 countries: Finland, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Belarus and Poland. Over 400 leading brands of the bicycle industry sector present their offer in Targi Kielce; the trade fair occupies the exhibition space of 3 halls.

During the opening ceremony of the trade fair, the President of Polish Bicycle Association Jan Zasada highlighted the fact that the cooperation with Targi Kielce is of supreme quality – Last year we were taken aback by jitters and uncertainty regarding the new 2011 bicycle season. Eventually it turned out that the season has been much better than expected. And if the last year’s edition of the fair had contributed to this result, it is an apparent demonstration that the fair is worth holding and continuing.

- It is good that the European Cyclic Union is in Kielce. We were really glad upon reception of this invitation. And this venue is a most convenient one. This very event stands the chance of becoming the largest bicycle industry sector trade fair in Central and Easter Europe – it was the fair description delivered by the President of the European Cyclic Union Wojciech Walkiewicz on the first day of the event.

The bicycle trade fair is much more than just the exhibition of products. This is also an excellent place for exchange of opinions and ideas on the further development of the bicycle market. The event creates a chance for the sector integration and thus it supports its development home and abroad.
