“What a Wonderful World” by Juniors Band Starachowice

„Juniors Band - Starachowice ” – a Junior High School nr 3 jazz orchestra founded in 1993. The band was set up and has been directed by the music teacher and the school Head Teacher who himself is a jazz music aficionado - Mirosław Gęborek.

Pupils learn how to play instruments in the class of the saxophone, flute, trumpet, trombone, guitar, base and drums and thus they develop their musical interests and master their skills.

25 young musicians have already appeared in 150 concert at home and abroad. Their repertoire encompasses jazz standards we all know and like in addition to popular music hits. The orchestra has been the main feature of numerous radio programmes, TV shows and newspaper releases; both regional and national. And now it is time for their … forth album.

Jazz band and their exceptional guests: the world class jazz singer, pianist and composer Stanislaw Soyka and the outstanding jazz singer who has gained the critics’ recognition transfer us to the magic world of music. The CD is to be out in autumn this year.
