Great plans require good implementation - DOM 2016 expo is the answer

The beginning of the year sets trends for different industries and business sectors.  The internet and glossy magazines bombard us with summaries, with headlines shouting: "In 2016's top ..." or "Top Trends for 2016...".

We have decided to look for similar forecasts for the construction industry. And we made it!

Industry experts predict that this year the construction industry needs to focus more on simple, geometric forms, on bright and subdued colours with strong accents.  When it comes to the construction sector, it will follow the simple rule "the simpler, the better." Scandinavian climates - simplicity and impeccable style will continue to take a lead.  simple and expressive forms will serve as a manifestation of investor's individualism.

Low, spacious and useful are the adjectives to describe the trends.

Architects and business insiders suggest that it is still worth thinking about one-storey building with a habitable attic. And although such houses may seem small, it is worth investing in making them more spacious. Such a developments are marked with minimalism and large windows, massive doors and industrialism as the leading finishing element.

Innovative final touch

In the era of square and rectangles based designs, buildings finishing will also refer to these shapes.  Square balconies made of glass or, alternatively contrasting wall-tongues made of wood or concrete serve as houses and buildings final decorations.

Colours

The bright and dusky colours have played first fiddle, now the colour finish will be enhanced with stronger accents.  The façades will get red or dark brown insert panels of concrete. There will also be grey and black roofs complement with such colour compositions.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the DOM Expo.
