for 8 years she has successfully run a creative employments agency "Crafts".

She is also known as Tailor-Made Recruitment Specialist.  Karolina is a certified assessor, HR Business Partner and Coach.  As a mentor, she participates in the "Activities Mentoring" programme at the University of Warsaw.  She is the initiator and organiser of the "HR for Dessert" conference and the author of the "Recruitment Mentoring" programme.
