A FEW WORDS ABOUT TYRES...

The Tyre Forum is a new initiative - the event accompanies the International Automotive Parts and Accessories Expo APAE held parallel with the International Rubber and Tyre Expo RTE. 

 The first day of the Forum attracted a group of participants  composed of tyre producers, owners and staff of garages and tyre repair shops.  A long Q&A session followed the first two modules of the seminar - "TPMS: diagnostics, programming, installation'' and   TPMS sensors failures

 Mr. Maciej Matczak of Motomarketing.pl delivered a presentation on knowledge and skills acquisition for tyre industry business-insiders.  The session guests were introduced into sales techniques, customer service and communication skills.  A little legal introduction served as the session wrap-up - we were instructed where is the division line between the rights of a tyre-sop owner the rights of a customer.

 The last part concluded in tyre repair practical training.  Mr Wojciech Przybyła - a repreentative of the Świstowski company introduced damage verification and repair do's and dont's.
