Conference on: "An active market player - the housing co-operative in the capacity of
investor and real estate manager"

The Property Maintenance and Services Exhibition LOKUM EXPO will be Poland's first event crafted around property management business sector. From 18 to 20 October Targi Kielce will become the place to expand knowledge and share experience - the event is targeted at representatives of housings and tenants associations, property managers, housing co-operatives boards and municipal resources managers.

The conference is organized in cooperation with the Housing Cooperatives Association's Audit Committee and the National Cooperative Council. Housing cooperatives' CEOs and supervisory boards members are most welcome to join the conference proceedings.

The conference main themes:

• trends in cooperatives' property management - real estate investment or non-profit profile
• resource management inhabited by cooperative non-members (e.g. housings and tenants associations)
• commercial resource management (commercial premises, garages, etc.).
