The Civitas Christiana Association rewards those who know the Bible and presents them with books
The "Civitas Christiana" Catholic Association is a nationwide organisation whose objective is formation and educational. It prepare lay Catholics to carry out the Church mission in conjunction with Its Shepherds, in the context of the Catholic social teaching's values and principles the association co-creates the ethical and social order. It was officially recognized by the church authorities as a Catholic association - the decree of the President of the Polish Bishops' Conference of April 14, 1997. The Association brings together lay people. As an integral part of the Church community it is designed to strengthen and promote the Catholic-social formation
in Poland. In April 1994, the Holy Father John Paul II described the Association's mission by saying "Build Civitas Christiana
and its mission by constant work in the service of the Church community and the Nation.
The Association joins SACROEXPO. It has prepared a competition for guests who call in their expo. All it takes is to come to the Association's stand, to draw a question
and answer. In reward the contestants will receive books of the PAX Publishing Institute funded by the Christian Civitas Foundation.
