A RACING-SPEED LASER-CUTTER AND MANY OTHER INTERESTING PRODUCTS ON SHOW AT STOM

Industrial Spring attracted leading brands to Targi Kielce - the exhibitors present a whole array of innovations and cutting-edge developments.  State-of-the-art equipment for sheet metal cutting and shaping , innovative laser technologies, 3D printers - this and much more proudly presented at more than 900 companies' expo stands that have joined the expo.

The display of latest developments showcased includes  the world's fastest laser cutting machine put on show by Eagle - the Polish brand EAGLE Inspire 1530 12kW- a première presentation of the cutter equipped with the EAGLE eVa head produced in Poland.  With the 12 kW power, the cutter offers much higher speeds compared to the commercially available machines.  For example, a sheets of of 5 mm thickness is cut with the speed of 22 metres / min. This is one of the few examples of Polish companies which have started to produce advanced, innovative, world-class equipment developed by Polish engineers from scratch.

The expo stand of Fanuc showcases the two robots working in parallel.  This mechanical cooperation has been orchestrated to the smallest detail, therefore a collision is not an option.  The manufacturers reveal that the robots are so accurate that could be used for packing chocolates.

Industry 4.0- another industrial novelty.  Advanced technologies are often implemented in actual production.  Intelligent systems offered by the Igus company  is one of these cutting-edge developments.  Thanks to this technology an operator is able to foresee which individual components wear out first and will therefore require replacement.
