A UNIQUE JUBILEE OF THE WOŁOSATKI BAND

Wołosatki  is a scout vocal and instrumental band which depicts tourist attractions of the country, especially the Bieszczady Mountains in a musical way -  the band is into acoustic, full-of-sensitivity texts and interesting vocal arrangements.  The Wołosatki has performed in the Europe’s west and east, in Cuba, in China and in Brazil.  The band’s artistic achievements include about two hundred original songs.

The Jubilee concert is the celebration of the 45th anniversary, thus an ideal opportunity to to wrap-up the band’s achievements. The meeting was the occasion to première  "Wołosatki and friends" latest album recorded by well-known personages of the Polish music scene, including Krzysztof KASA Kasowski, Andrzej Krzywy  and  Jacek Cygan.

The jubilee concert included the auction of the latest CD.  The money raised at the auction is the prize to the best multi-voice band at the eighth edition  At the Fireplace National Festival  organized from 29 to 30 November at the Targi Kielce Congress Centre.
