A universal hall

The names of best Swietokrzyskie farmers and best products of our voivodeship were announced on Tuesday. Two finals held on the same evening brought a lot of excitement. The Our Swietokrzyskie Best and The Farmer of the Year plebiscites were concluded. The emotions were especially vivid when the 2012 Farmer of the Year competition was concluded as the Echo Dnia daily had held the plebiscite for the fifth time. The Our Swietokrzyskie Best Emblems had been presented for the fifth time already. The Gala guests of honour, deputy Minister for agriculture Mrs Zofia Szalczyk added splendour to the event.

During the intervals the guests had the chance to admire the Dance and Music Ensemble Wierna Rzeka: after the accolades were presented the evening was crowned wit the Kielce Dance Theatre performance. The agricultural machines exhibition generated an avid interest among the participants, men in particular. The Gala also received media coverage – the TVR agricultural television will broadcast the reportage this Saturday, 1st December at 15.15.

It comes as no surprise that the Gala was held in Targi Kielce; in its most state-of-the-art exhibition pavilion. The hall is a perfect place to organise event for as many as 4,500 people and thus it can be converted in the region’s largest banquet hall.
