Fitness, sport, outside the city trips and desire to become familiar with the region - being bored is passe, Poles choose new free time activities
The speakers conference talked about how the Poles’ free time patterns have changed in recent times. The conference was the vehicle to present the trends regarding after-work and holidays activities. The listeners had the chance to learn more about economic potential in the leisure and entertainment services sector.
Poles demonstrate a growing interest in the new recreation forms, though these have been known in Europe for years. This trend is attributed to growing awareness and cognitive zeal fuelled with the willingness to show off in social media. This is the fly-wheel for related business - leisure time organisation for younger and older Poles.
Marcin Tomczyk - Managing Director from the Czarni Radom Association and Mirosław Paluch - Director of the Office of Sport and Tourism in the Radom City Council talked about local sponsorship, about the cooperation between self-governments, business and the sports milieus.
The Kielce City Targi Kielce were the event partners, Pentagon Research was the knowledge-partner. The event was granted the honorary auspices of: Polish Chamber of Commerce, Geopark Kielce, Polish Tourist Organization, Polish Council of Shopping Centres and Radio Kielce.
