Water and wastewater management discussed at the TIWS Expo
2014 marks the 10th anniversary of Poland's accession to the European Union. During the past decade, Poland has undergone substantial economic and business changes. The changes have also applied to the development of water and sewerage business sector. Polish specialists discussed these matters in the course of the conference on "Poland's 10 years' membership in the European Union - selected issues with regards to water and wastewater management" - the event wast staged yesterday in Targi Kielce.
The conference also addressed the issues of most common mistakes in investment preparation phase, the impact HR changes on the municipal enterprise's development and current investment opportunities for water and sewage sector. The list of speakers included, inter alias, representatives of the Ministry of the Environment - Ms. Marta Barszczewska and National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management - Ms. Katarzyna Paprocka. Lectures were also conducted by the President of Bytom Municipal Enterprises, Mr. Dawid Zięba and the President Podhalańskie Municipal Enterprises, Mr. Dariusz Latawiec.
The event was held within the scope of the 7th International Fair of Water and Sewage Infrastructure, Drainage and Land Reclamation TIWS.
