AGRICULTURAL TECHNIQUES EXPO HAS COMMENCED

- The expo which has commenced today becomes the window of opportunity to enter Ukrainian market. Not only do we need products, but also establishment of new business relations and experience exchange - said  Oleg Syniutka - chairman of the Head of Lviv Regional State Administration during the Euroagro Lviv opening ceremony. - Lviv Oblast is the gateway to Ukrainian markets. Ukraine's market is extensive and open, especially its agricultural part - added Mr Syniutka.

Two-year preparation period which involved Targi Kielce and its Ukrainian partners has born its fruit - the agricultural trade fair held in Lviv.

- We boast the 25 years of professional exhibitions and expos organization. And although the expo can be assessed on Saturday, the first expo day has already been the herald that the idea to hold such an expo was good. This even has gained recognition. The expo hall and stands have welcomed visitors and guests - said Dariusz Michalak, Trade Fair Project Group Director at Targi Kielce during the press conference held at Lviv Pivdennyi Expo Centre.

Both guests and visitors who have chosen to participate in the EuroAgro and the expo accompanying conferences organised under the banner of  Polish Agriculture Days have already recognised the potentials of the events.  Ukrainian agriculture  demonstrates enormous potentials, however in order to develop it also needs to be supported. This is a chance for Polish entrepreneurs. Lviv region may be the starting point for international cooperation in  the agricultural sector.

- Without Polish-Ukrainian partnership cooperation between Targi Kielce, Gal-Expo and Lviv region's agri-tourism department this event would not have taken place. I want to express my gratitude to Targi Kielce for organising the exhibition and I hope this is just the beginning -  the Lviv region head ended his speech at the expo opening ceremony.

EuroAgro Lviv expo is the result of cooperation between Targi Kielce and the Gal-Expo joint stock company. The event which has commenced today continues until Saturday, October 19th.

The Exhibition and Polish Agriculture Days in Lviv

The Lviv Pivdennyi Expo Centre is the showcase for nearly 100 exhibitors from Poland and Ukraine.  "Polish-Ukrainian industrial and agri-food cooperation"  conference has also generated an avid interest. The conference organised within the scope of the Polish Agriculture Days. The Department of Trade and Investment Promotion of the Polish Embassy in Kiev and the East- Europe Integration Association are the seminar organisers
