Efficient solutions

The new electric injection moulding machines come in four sizes; they include the same-size clamping and injection unit. ALLROUNDER 570 E GOLDEN EDITION with 2,000 kN clamping force equipped with 800-size  injection unit will be presented at Plastpol 2016; in a cycle of approx  15 seconds it will produce two CD packaging units. Moulding pieces manipulation will be provided with linear manipulator MULTILIFT SELECT. Another application example are Flip-Top caps for packaging industry. They will be produced with the use of a hybrid, high-performance injection moulding machine ALLROUNDER 720 H with a 16-cavity injection mould by Polish company ZPTS Witoplast. Each cycle of approx   12 s.
