ARBURG SHOWCASES NEW PRODUCTS AT THE 2018'S PLASTPOL

ARBURG showcases new products at the 2018's PLASTPOL

Targi Kielce's Plastpol is Poland's most important exhibitions in the  plastics processing business sector.  This year's 22nd expo edition is held from 22 to 25 May. The latest solutions will also be presented by Arburg Polska -  a leading global manufacturer of injection moulding machines.

PLASTPOL 2018 held in Targi Kielce is the presentation platform for Arburg and its two innovative automated production cells  for injection mould technology. This will be complemented with peripheral devices. The hydraulic, two-component ALLROUNDER 570 S 2200 400 / 170 moulding machines equipped with thwo injection units and used for theroplatcis and LSR will be showcsed at the expo.  The ALLROUNDERinjection mould moving part is equipped with a servo-electric drive.  Two-component LSR silicone is fed from a special pump in a 1: 1 to portion into the vertical injection unit. Each work cycle of the injection  machine results in a finished product which is a combination of thermoplastic material and silicone.  
PLASTPOL  expo welcomes Arburg which presents the machine possibilities - the device working live will show automatic production process of window scraper.

The other of the novelties put on show is the automated production cell based on the ALLROUNDER 570 E GOLDEN ELECTRIC injection moulding machine equipped with the MULTILUFT universal manipulator for an optical magnifying glass production with the use of the German CONTURA injection mould.  The ARBURG  exhibition will be complemented with the two ARBURG THERMOLIFT 100-3 – the drying and conveying plastic granulate machines.
