It may happen that a candidate is a supreme specialist in their field. Yet they may also lack on self-presentation skills and therefore limit their chances of getting a dream job. How to guard against this situation? The special "A Job Interview – how to win a recruiter over" workshop has been designed to provide answers. The workshops held in Targi Kielce Congress Centre the framework of the twelfth edition of the National Employment Fair for University Students and Graduates - Work, Career, Development.
The meeting was organised by the Kielce Voivodeship Employment Office. The expo participants received a handful of practical advice on what is helpful and important in a conversation with a prospective employer as well as how to answer difficult questions and what to avoid. The workshops was run by Małgorzata Wirecka-Zemsta and Katarzyna Łazarska - professional advisers from the Provincial Labour Office in Kielce. Both ladies are the authors of social competences workshops and training programs, these are designed to boost self-presentation, interpersonal communication skills, increase motivation, improve time management and stress management capabilities.
