COMFORTABLE, INNOVATIVE, WELL DESIGNED

This is the thirty-first sports industry meeting held at the expo centre; the presentations of the latest sports products.  The Jury Panel was chaired by Henryk Sytner of Polish Radio Three - the panel's task was to chose from among exhibits registered for the KIELCE SPORT-EXPO competition (11-13 February) and indicate the best ones in terms of design, technical innovations, outdoor as well as water sports equipment.

TECHNICAL INNOVATIONS

TORQWAY is a Polish product which earns positive opinions from sport and recreation fans,   it is also praised by physiotherapists. In the market there is no other company that offers a vehicle with similar functional properties.

TORQWAY is a vehicle with an innovative manual drive; it combines the functions of a sports and leisure vehicle. TORQWAY may be used as a mini-gym outdoor.

TORQWAY is made up of the platform, the two front wheels, the rear pair of wheels mounted on a movable platform and the two levers. Each of the levers is connected to a drive mechanism that rests in the wheel. User moves the levers in order to set the vehicle in motion. TORQWAY is innovative owing to its drive. The levers oscillatory movement is converted into unidirectional rotation movement of the wheel axis. This means user's arms movement forwards and backwards is productive and drives the vehicle.

TORQWAY is the world-scale novelty. The invention has won gold medals at the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva, as well as in Taipei, in Warsaw and at the US' INPEX where TORQWAY also received the best EUROPE'S invention award.
