This is much more than just another cooking techniques presentation. Knowledge transfer on how to combine flavours and how to use a variety of culinary techniques guaranteed.

The workshops features the presenters as narrators who make sure that all participants try and taste new flavours, savour extremely aromatic spices, innovative recipes. This will be the taste quest into the most remote corners of the world.
This culinary challenge means that tradition and modernity land in a melting pot. Well-worn recipes meet modern approach towards cooking. The SLOW principle is the decoy-beacon for whatever happens here The plates will therefore be the regional, flamboyant, healthy, traditional food fiesta, all spiced up with a delicate note of modernity.
White vegetable cream with truffle oil and a baguette, free-range chicken with quinoa in dried tomato sauce (chicken will be prepared with the use of sous vide method, and then spiced up with butter with herbs) as well as Szydłowiec plum ice cream with cardamom - this is just a foretaste.
