CROWN OF THE HIMALAYAS MOUNTAINEER VISITS KIELCE

The 31 International Sport and Outdoor Equipment Fair KIELCE SPORT-EXPO -  preparations in a full swing!  The expo is the showcase for companies from all across Poland - they will put on show a wide range of equipment, clothes and accessories. This will be complemented with a rich programme of accompanying events.

As part of this year's edition of KIELCE SPORT-EXPO, Polish Mountaineering Association organises a unique meeting with Denis Urubko - one of the most outstanding contemporary climbers. You are all invited to join.

Denis is a true personage; not only is he inspirational, he also generates an avid interest.   He earned the Crown of the Himalayas without using an oxygen tank. Denis has also uncovered new climbing routes on Broad Peak, Manaslu, Cho Oyu and Lhotse. Only recently he has taken part in successful expeditions to the Makalu and Gasherbrum II eight-thousanders.

It is worth mentioning that Denis Urubko appreciates Poles. He has fallen in love with Poland because we share similar ​​mountaineering ideas and energy.  Since 2015 Denis has also  had Polish citizenship.
