CUTTING EDGE ROAD ENGINEERING BUSINESS SECTOR - AUTOSTRADA LEADS TO TARGI KIELCE

Since 2011 Hydro Tech Sort  has designed and manufactured   solid minerals  processing machines . The company is also deeply involved in research and development.  The company’s products portfolio includes devices and comprehensive devices sets, technical support for all in-quarries technological processes, gravel and sands processing plants as well as  mines and aggregates processing plants . Hydro Tech Sort has a number pending patents, the patent applications relate to the machines the company produces, including Hydromator for organic and clay pollutants separation as well as individual solutions designed to improve   impact crushers  or washers performance. All machines are made in accordance with ISO 3834-2: 2017 standards, steel constructions are compliant with EXC1, EXC2.

From 2016 to 2018, the company implemented the "Demonstrator" project worth over PLN 7 million, co-financed with EU funds. The initiative resulted in creation of an innovative demonstration line for different  mineral aggregates types refining.

In 2018, with the EU funds’ support Hydro Tech Sort launched a new project - the "Formator". The program’s horizon is 2021. The scheme’s objective is to develop and test the installation for regular and irregular aggregate fraction production - the device will comprise an innovative screens system with specialized screen.  This will be complemented with other machines, such as light pollution separator (SEL), hard-to-separate fractions separator (SET), low pressure hydrocyclone (NHC).  One of the listed devices will be presented as part of the  XXV International Fair of Road Construction Industry AUTOSTRADA-POLSKA 2019. XIV International Fair of Infrastructure, Airport Technologies and Infrastructure Exhibition TRAFFIC-EXPO - TIL. XI International Fair of Road Transport - Commercial Vehicles ROTRA and V EUROPARKING Exhibition.
