CUTTING-EDGE SEATS AT THE TRANSEXPO

KIEL has been a faithful TRANSEXPO exhibitor since its first edition

The International Fair of Public Transport TRANSEXPO is held as late as October, however business insiders are already getting ready for the event. We talked with one of the most important TRANSEXPO exhibitors - Andrzej Mielcarek - the Deputy Commercial Director of Kiel Poland Ltd. from New Tomyśl and inquired about what surprises the company has prepared this year for visitors.

Does KIEL POLAND intend to stage a spectacular première at 2016's TRANSEXPO?

Transexpo may be the stage for not-that spectacular, yet a première presentation of our new seat designed for public transport vehicles. This modern design seat features personalization option s- the seat appearance can be customized so that it suits the customer's liking. Therefore vehicle manufacturer or transport operators can choose their own design. What is even more important, its simple construction is vandalism resistant. The materials the seat  is made of are safe for travellers in the event of a vehicle collision. An important feature of the new seats is its very low weight.  Our many-year industry experience aided us to create a seat whose every single module lighter than a corresponding module, compared to other available on the market.

What is your opinion about Kielce's expo, cooperation with Targi Kielce and the fact that the event is held in every-other year cycle?

We have exhibited at Kielce expo ever since its first edition. We have had only positive experience in our reactions with the team responsible for the project organization. This regards people responsible for arts and technical design, those who develop stand construction as well as those in charge of tickets, identification cards and invitations, booking and accountancy.  I have to admit that barely any other European exhibition offers such organizational help and support for us. Thank you very  much indeed!

Speaking about the fact that the expo is held on alternating years - for us this has been an accurate choice. On numerous occasions we suggested the organizers that such a solution would be optimal.  Not only have our customers expressed this need, but it has been our and other exhibitors' expectation. I am convinced that a two-year break will only increase interest in the trade fair; this will produce tangible benefits for organizers and exhibitors.

What are the expo benefits for your company?

Transexpo is for us an opportunity to present both new developments and the already existing products which have been put on the market. Our products are subjects on-going development process. Primarily our customers have been the driving force and fuel for product development and improvements. Vehicle manufacturers who use our products, numerous customers and users from home and abroad visit the expo. Sometimes they indicate our imperfections; above all they express their needs and expectations. Their remarks and observations have resulted in development of products with long service life and durability. This is why we have so many satisfied customers. This event means that for a few days we even more attentively listen to the broadly defined market's urgent needs. After the expo ends, we  work diligently to fulfil current and future customers' needs and expectations.
