The 10th International Exhibition of Fire and Rescue Technique EDURA was officially opened the Commander in Chief of the State Fire Services - Brigadier General Wieslaw Leśniakiewicz
The jubilee EDURA edition takes place from 12 to 14 June 2014; this is the showcase for the offer put on display by more than 170 exhibitors from 13 countries such as Poland, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Ireland, USA, Spain, Turkey, Belgium, Finland, United Kingdom, France, and even China. The exceptional Targi Kielce expo is held in conjunction with the Foundation for Rescue Education and Technique EDURA.
During the opening ceremony the President of the Board of the Voluntary Fire Service of the Republic of Polish Prime Minister Waldemar Pawlak congratulated on such a sizeable event and stressed the fact that the exhibitors who gathered in Targi Kielce provide rescue equipment in all corners of the world and thus contribute to the general security level.
The EDURA expo was officially opened by the Commander in Chief of the State Fire Services General Brigadier General Wieslaw Leśniakiewicz - The quality of this event is demonstrated by, inter alia, the number of exhibitors; however the fair is much more than companies and excellent equipment. This is also a presentation of the Polish State Fire Services; the service which has also gained appreciation on international arena. This has been reconfirmed recently in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where our firefighters were combating the results of the floods and helped the residents of flooded areas for two weeks.
EDURA is the only specialised exhibition of this kind in Poland, not only is this the showcase for installations, equipment and technologies for rescue services and fire protection facilities; the expo also gives a chance to participate in conferences focused on the industry's most important topics. Dynamic shows are a perfect complement to the exhibition; they are prepared by exhibitors with great care and attention.
