Polish high quality bread and dairy products - a real asset of tourism and gastronomy - discussed at Targi Kielce
A special debate dedicated to the tourist industry producers and representatives, informed consumers and "culinary tourists" and all high quality regional and local products aficionados.
The debate is held on April 20, the first day of the expo; venue - the B Expo Hall at 3.00 p.m. The event is organised by the Polish Chamber of Regional and Local Products. The meeting focuses traditional products "at your fingertips" - what we know about our local and regional specialties? How to recognize the quality and authenticity of product? Cooperation between the tourist sector and farmers as well as processors will also be discussed. The opportunities and barriers, examples of good practices will also be a part of the discussion.
After the debate the organisers invite you to taste regional high quality products.
