A two- day seminar for producers, distributors and all the people interested in ecological food, natural and traditional products, various aspects of certification and promotion of such products will be held during the fair debut of Ecology for the Family Fair EcoFamily (1 – 3 April).
During the first day of the fair (1st April) the problems of the international food trade, the European network of culinary heritage and the list of traditional products will be addressed. Other issues of this day are – food certifications, problems with ecological farming development in Świętokrzyskie region.
The second part of the seminar will be held on Saturday, 2nd April. This part will be addressed at the consumers who want to learn about practical aspects of the certified food products and the significance of the certificates for the clients.
