Ecology within a hand’s reach

The Polish Ecology Association in conjunction with the PTRE Ekogwarancja (Eco Guarantee) Certifying Body have the pleasure of inviting you to the EcoFamily fair which also encompasses cooking presentations and eco-food tasting.

On 30th November Gonzalez Carlos Tejera – a journalist, eco-food fan and aficionado, known for his TV appearances who has also taken part in innumerable cooking demonstrations will act in the capacity of a chef at the kitchen contained in an exhibition stand.

Polish soups in ecological unveiling will be holding the sway at the food-savouring exhibition stand, and among them there will be the barley soup or a pumpkin soup as well as broth. Visitors will also have a chance to taste many other eco-products such as ecological cured meats and juices.

The Polish Ecology Association will craft its products around vegetarians’ needs; there will be special soya, pumpkin, almond, oat drinks as well as eco-style beverages. The Chufa Mix appliance will also be put on display; this is a perfect solution to make eko-drinks with.

The Polish Ecology Association stand will abound with honey – the Association will be represented by the famous trio of the Podkarpacie region bee-keeping – Markek Barzyk, Jerzy Bańkowski and Krzysztof Bałon. Interesting lectures will also be delivered at this stand. This is also the place to buy many types of ecological honey.

The whole event will be complemented with bee-keeping workshops targeted at the youngest. As this is the time of St. Andrew’s day, there will be ecological wax fortune telling session.
