Kielce's Vocational Development Centre  is the region’s leading educational institution. ZDZ has continuously provided its services for 70 years.  The Association has an extensive educational institutions network in 20 cities in the following voivodeships: Świętokrzyskie, Mazowieckie and Małopolskie. The wide and diversified  training base  makes it possible to offer high-level education not only in large agglomerations, but also in smaller towns.

The ZDZ objective is to boots adults' professional competence as well providing education for young people and adults in the regular school system.
