Efficient energy recuperation from lift installation with the use of R1000

The regenerative braking unit R1000 will be showcased at Targi Kielce's EURO-LIFT.

The Expo will be held in Targi Kielce for 4th time. Previous expos generated an avid interest among lift-industry specialists, foreign companies accounted for over 60% of the exhibitors. The latest lift-industry developments, drives, cables, control systems and safety gear as well as cabin equipment - this and much more on show at EURO-LIFT.

This year's exhibitors list includes Yaskawa Europe - a German company which will showcase  regenerative braking unit R1000. This module is an alternative to dynamic braking systems. R1000 feeds excess braking energy back into the power grid and therefore offers additional advantages: 

• minimum energy consumption and cost reduction;
• elimination of resistors reduces the risk of fire;
• optimum braking scheme selection, installation volume reduction.
