ELATUS ERA - THE NEW ERA IN CEREAL PROTECTION

Syngenta is the agricultural  business-sector leader. The company's mission is to help global players in food safety enhancement.   For over 15 years, the brand has been offering Polish manufacturers innovative products that help increase productivity crops in an environmentally friendly way. The product portfolio includes herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, seed treatments, seeds as well as input materials for further production stages.  One of the company's new products will be showcased at this year's AGROTECH inTargi Kielce. The ELATUS Era formulation is the latest development put on show.  The formulation combines the two extremely strong active substances, i.e. SOLATENOL ™and Prothioconazole. This is an ideal and comprehensive solution for cereal protection. Additionally the fungicide can be used in flag leaf phase.  Not only does it provide long-lasting protection, but above all significant yield increase. Most importantly, ELATUS Era offers extremely high efficiency in fungal diseasesprotection in wheat. This is a perfect solution for brown wheat leaf rust, yellow rust, wheat septoria leaf spot,  black chaff of wheat, brown leaf spot and fusarium ear blide.

The formulation can also prove an universal solution for barley production; net blotch in barley, scarley, barley leaf rust  and ramularia. Therefore the product is ahead of other, competitive SDHI products.

The new preparation effectiveness has been confirmed with the tests results.  Some of the tests were carried out on experimental plots by Syngenta employees.  However the preparation effectiveness has also been demonstrated in independent tests carried out by, inter alia  AHDB (Great Britain's farmers association)a dn ARVALIS (an independent agricultural institute in France).
