This year’s edition of the fair was visited by over 4 thousand students and university graduates

Rekordowa liczba zwiedzających odwiedziła tegoroczne jubileuszowe targi pracy. Cztery tys. zainteresowanych złożyło swoje aplikacje w odpowiedzi na oferty 71 wystawców z regionu świętokrzyskiego.

A record-breaking number of visitors turned up at this year’s jubilee edition of the fair. For thousand job seekers submitted their applications at 71 exhibition strands of Świetokrzyskie region companies.

The 5th edition of the fair Work Career Development for Students and University Graduates is one of the largest events in the labour market and among student communities in Świętokrzyskie region.

The National Fair Work Career Development is one of these rare events which create the chance for young and ambitious people to find a proper job. The fifth edition of the event was organised in cooperation with AIESEC Local Committee in Kielce, Targi Kielce and the Career Office at The Jan Kochanowski University f Humanities and Sciences in Kielce.

The one-day event finished with a gala organised for the exhibitors, visitors and the invited guests. During the gala the awards in the following categories were presented:
  • The most attractive job offer: Świętokrzyskie Commandership of Voluntary Labour Corps in Kielce
  • The most interesting development offer: Distribution Marketing Group S.C.
  • The most beautiful exhibition stand arrangement: TapOut
  • Most frequently visited company: TapOut
  • Student-friendly employer: Academic Business Incubator
  • The company with most gadgets: Fruit and Vegetable Production Co-operative „Sielec”
The distinguishing feature of this fair, compared with its previous editions was the fact that the job offers will mainly address university graduates. The goal of the event is to encourage the cooperation between students’ associations and companies as well as to present active and entrepreneurial people with the opportunities the employment in Poland creates for them. The fair is also the chance for employers to promote entrepreneurships, trainings and employment possibilities among students. The fair facilitates direct contact of entrepreneurs with their potential employees, information exchange and present expectations. The companies may encourage students and graduates with specific personality and education profiles to submit their applications. The companies have also the chance to create their image of an attractive employer.
