ENEX / ENEX NEW ENERGY AND ECOTECH EXHIBITIONS ENJOY THE PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHT FOR PATENT PROTECTION

Pursuant to the President of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland’s announcement, ENEX / ENEX New Energy and EKOTECH expos are included in the group of events which offer protection rights or a registration right priority if a utility model or industrial design is showcased at the expo.  

There are nearly 20 other events organized by Targi Kielce which have also been categorised this way. The President of the Patent Office’s resolution signifies that and exhibitor receives the protection guarantee whenever they present novelties. A special certificate is issued by the expo organizer whenever the product or prototype is put on show.  

In order to be granted a patent for the new developments presented at the expo, exhibitors should report the fact at the Targi Kielce’s Exhibitor Service Office.
