FALCONERS, VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS, SOLDIERS...

Now young people can make an informed choice - Targi Kielce has created an information platform which helps navigate on education and career path.  The Schools and Education Fair  is a knowledge repository about the best schools, universities and educational and training institutions from the region and the whole country.

Falconers from the Forestry High School in Zagnańsk, the youth ceremonial guards presentations staged by Kielce's Vocational Training Centre's School Complex have certainly been the event's highlights.

Young expo centre visitors also had the opportunity to meet the Plus-Liga volleyball players - representatives of Effector Kielce team and their coach Dariusz Daszkiewicz.

Foreigners' educational career in Poland

The rich and diversified agenda included workshop and conference session for the nearly 70-person delegation from Ukraine. This has been designed to present education possibilities and perspectives for foreigners in Poland.

 - We are truly happy.  Your generation can freely travel around the world and do things your parents' generation were not allowed to. When I was studying, no one would even dream about studying abroad    - said Andrzej Mochoń PhD, Targi Kielce President of Board during the opening ceremony.   - You have already mastered your mother tongue. Now it is time to understand other cultures, learn different customs and languages. This is what I strongly encourage you to do  -  added Mr Mochoń.

The conference speakers list included experts from Kielce and Krakow; they concentrated on practical aspects of education in Poland, employment perspective and legal aspect of foreigners' stay in Poland.

The conference is organised by the Europe - East Integration Association, Targi Kielce and the Ukrainian organization - Vinnytsia Regional Centre for Information Kreativ

The Schools and Education Fair  continues.

Even more attractions and meetings have been scheduled for the second day of the Fair.
