Rudiger Freiherr von Fritsch, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Poland partook in the central part of Cardinal Adam Kozłowiecki Year; the ceremony was held in conjunction with the opening of the African Missionary Museum and the inauguration of the Diocese Missionary Centre. The events took place on 25th September 2011 in Huta Komorowska near Sandomierz.
The Ambassador’s visit to our region was accompanied by a series of courtesy meetings with local government representatives as well as the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Kielce; Andrzej Mochoń PhD, who also holds the position of Traki Kielce President of Board. The Swietokrzyskie Voivode Bożentyna Pałka-Koruba, Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship Marshal Adam Jarubas and Kielce Mayor Wojciech Lubawski also took part in the talks with the Ambassador held on Monday, 26th September.
