Those interested in the new governmental program will learn about this initiative at a special expo stand held under the banner of Accessibility Island
As part of the Accessibility Plus Program, the
V International Lifts Exhibition EURO-LIFT and
II Property Maintenance and Services Exhibition LOKUM EXPO held in Kielce have become the presentation stage for the dedicated Accessibility Island .
What is the Accessibility Plus Programme?
This is a new initiative; a breakthrough in the civilization development and the quality of life of all residents of our country. Accessibility is an inherent feature of the environment (physical space, digital reality, information and communication systems, products, services) that allows people with functional (physical
and cognitive limitations) to use it on an equal basis with all others. The program is designed to help remove infrastructural and legal barriers which now make the life difficult, both for the elderly
and people with disabilities. The aim of the programme is to improve the life quality by boosting accessibility in public space, offering right products and services in the architectural, information and communication aspect.
