This Saturday, April 8, the Echo Shopping Mall will be the stage for the "Warm Up Before FIT Weekend" moderated by the Targi Kielce team. Many sports activities await the visitors. The program includes dance shows, Muaythai and karate shows
FIT Weekend is staged from 21 to 23 April in Targi Kielce - the event stands the chance to be the biggest sporting event in this part of Poland. The Polish Championship in Bodybuilding and Fitness, Polish Pole Sport Championships Pole Dance Show, National Muyathai League, Kyokushin Karate Grand Prix, Jatomi Fitness Festival- these are just some of the points of the programme. This year's highlight is a Giant Obstacles Track .
A teaser-sample of what is to come at the Fit Weekend is offered at the Echo shopping mall in April 8, 12: 00-17: 00. Pole dance shows performed by Kielce trainers normally working at the My Way PDS school, Muaythai Shows under Rafał Maciaszkek's watchful eye - the Muaythai trainer and world champion and the of founder Martial Arts Section - Klincz, karate shows staged by Świętokrzyskie Karate Club "Sawicki". And there is much more to that; personal trainers from Jatomi gym network will tell you how to use the gym equipment. There will be plenty of fitness activities with the use of special trampolines.
Visitors can also make use of free consultations offered by personal coaches; they will be informed what to eat and how exercise to for good looks and well-being. Organizers also promise a myriad of competitions, including rowing and treadmill running contest. Participants can win themselves FIT Weekend tickets.
