Ukrainian choir Sursum Corda live in concert adds the splendour to SACROEXPO opening
The forty-people choir of the Divine Mercy Sanctuary in the Vineyard will be performing for the first time in Poland at the SACROEXPO opening. The guests gathered at the ceremony, which is to commence at 12:00 in Hall C, will listen to 7 songs of a religious nature. On Tuesday evening the choir will be performing at Religious Song Festival finals staged in Kielce Cultural;the repertoire will not fall short of all popular Ukrainian and Polish songs.
Father Kazimierz Dudek, the parson of the Tiażyłow church is responsible for the chor. Father Dudek has been working in Ukraine for 21 years already. He says that the choir that performance at such an important event, i.e. SACROEXPO opening ceremony and the Pontifical Council for Culture Per Artem ad Deum Medal awarding ceremony is a great honour and privilege for all of team.
You are most welcome to attend the SACROEXPO opening ceremony and make a tour over the expo. The event continues until Wednesday, June 11. Admission is free.
