Formal appeal to accelerate S7 expresses road construction

In today’s meeting held in Targi Kielce the Mayor of Kielce Wojciech Lubawski, the Mayor of Radom Andrzej Kosztowniak and Świętokrzyskie region members of parliament and self-government representatives made a formal appeal to the Government to accelerate S7 Warsaw – Krakow express road construction.

"Koalicja S7" (“S7 Coalition”) was created after the Minister of Infrastructure had announced “National Road Construction Programme for the years 2011 - 2015” at the beginning of December last year. The programme introduces time changes regarding the construction of a few S7 sectors. They were supposed to be completed by 2012 however according to the Government’s plan the construction works will start before 2013 at the earliest.
