“Friendly public domains versus fenced-off housing estates” – the debate is organised by Kielce Ombudsmen for Vehicle Non-Users and open to all trade fair guests. Representatives of Kielce City Hall’s Spatial Planning Bureau in addition to city inhabitants, architects, land developers will partake in the session. The discussion will focus on the housing developments fencing-off, the phenomenon which has become an accruing problem and has its impact on city communication comfort. Participants will also debate on alternative solutions which may make the municipal space flawless. The debate’s time – 14th September, venue from 12:30 to 14:00, venue – exhibition stand F-13.
