FROM YOUR GREAT-GRANDMOTHER'S WARDROBE

Over 20 old outfits and garments were presented by the Kielce Rural Museum staff - this has been the première fashion show cut out for the  VII International Fair of Rural and Agricultural Tourism AGROTRAVEL. The twentieth century farmhouse fashion show was a part of the  "From your great-grandmother's wardrobe"  project.

The AGROTRAVEL guests had a rare chance to see live presentations of garments a baker, a chemist, a policeman, a butcher and a shop assistant used to wear. The old town - fashion of the 20s in Kielce was presented down to a single detail. Within the scope of the project, the museum specialists visited each region's district and have thus gathered materials and information necessary about the smallest detail. The collection had been produced for about 5 months.
