"Good practices ... low-level emission sources" - Competition for installers

Since early December, the word "smog" and low-altitude emission sources have been all-media buzzword. This is owed to a record-breaking high concentrations of pollutants in the air. Polish Smog Alert has announced that Krakow and Rybnik come at the top of the infamous records list. Last year they would have had to announce smog alert as many as 47 times. if Poland had observed Western Europe's standards, ike the ones that are obligatory for e.g. Paris

"Good practices ... low-level emission sources" - Competition for installers

Unfortunately, this is not the only area Poland's legislation imposes standards that do not come at par with Europe's higher standards. In Poland, owing to appropriate legal provisions, citizens are not warned against high air pollution levels. If inform were available on time, at least some people might decide whether to go outside and put their health at risk or stay at home and breathe cleaners air without threat to people's health.

This clearly shows how important it is to maintain standards in every area of our lives. And although not always do we have decision making capacities,  we can decide on our own behalf and take care of high air quality.  When choosing a heating system for your home and a contractor to carry out installation works, we are to decide whether the new system will further contribute to low-altitude emissions problem. We are to decide whether high standards are observed and the system is up to the scratch.
