Rapid development of the business sector of funeral services is in line with the development of modern technologies.
Gravo-Tech is a specialised company which has provided solutions for material processing and labelling. The company, which has been on the market for many years, will be presenting their offer dedicated to the funeral business sector.
Gravo-Tech is one of the exhibitors at the NECROEXPO 2011 fair. They provide label and decoration solutions for marble and wood surfaces using the most state of the art engraving technologies; and among them - mechanical engraving M20 (used for making small engraved plaques for coffins and urns), mechanical engraving M40G (both for engravings on plates and the edges of an urn – this technique utilises a specially designed cylindrical unit), and mechanical engraving IS400 (which makes it possible to produce 2D,2,5D and 3D ornaments).
Gravo-Tech, besides the offer of traditional coffin plate engraving, specialises in engravings made directly on the coffin lid. The special installation IS 400 allows to suspend the engraving machine over the coffin and then to manipulate the lid under the machine.
Gravo-Tech offers urn engravings. The process, when applied to the paint-covered surfaces, requires the use of the diamond revolving mill cutter for aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The mil cutting machine removes the paint and uncovers the surface of the metal. The process requires the specialised machine tools such as IS400 VOLUME which guarantees high quality of the product.
The company provides the whole array of services in stone processing by means of so called laser engraving. This technique is used to mark the places where the urns are kept.
