How to lighten up skin discolouration? How to take care of irritable skin? What can we use macadamia oil for? How to make a face tonic? All that and much more was taught at the organic cosmetics workshop haired by Pauline Czarszka, the blogger who visited Kielce event.

The workshop was attended by dozens of people eager to know al about natural cosmetics. Not only the ladies were in the audience. A hands-smoothing mask of tomato and rice flour, a mask of Greek yoghurt, cereals and a pinch of turmeric as an ideal moisturising solution which also helps to heal blood vessels - these just examples of what was catered at the session. Men could learn that the male skin requires antibacterial mask with white clay.

- Natural cosmetics can be made quite easily at home; use cereals, vegetables and fruit. Olive oil, avocado oil, Marula oil, macadamia oil, canola oil - this is what you can use for your formulations - said Paulina Czarszka. - First you need to check what our skin needs;  is it dry or greasy. Once you switch to organic products, make sure that the skin becomes accustomed. We need to observe skin reactions. We will realize what improvements need to be introduced; we only need 3 or 4 ingredients for homemade creams, lotions. We can forget the complex range available in the market.

Each workshop participants received a special certificate.
