Gamification workshops at the Inno-Tech Expo
Why do you lose your time, money and temper when trying to meet the deadlines?
90% of people can not deal with this problem. You may want to join the 10%?
Your customer is late with the assignment you needed to complete the scheme. Even worse, the client would have hold it against you saying it is your fault, because you allegedly have missed the deadline.
All of the sudden there comes an unforeseen problem that ruins your plan to tackle this week's tasks.
And to make it even worse, this is not the only project you are dealing with. And how to cope with such situations?
The "Augmented Reality" Simulation Game teaches you how to be a winner in this problem clash.
The game is the fruit of many-years experience in international projects; it is also based on the well-known methodologies and project management standards PM BOK®, Prince 2, SCRUM. What is more, the game has been enriched and enhanced with experiences gained from games designed for the market leaders of particular industries.
The game gives you the opportunity to lead a project, right from its start to its conclusion, to make mistakes without any consequences, and most importantly ...
to discover what you should do in a different way in order to control the projects.
In the course of the session:
Session lead instructor, Mariusz Kapusta is the KISS PM methodology author - this is the simplest way of project planning and implementation that has ever been designed. Kapusta is the only holder of the Agile Certified Professional, Project Management Professional, and International Coach ICC certificate in Poland. He is also the author of the "Project Management Step by Step" book - Polish best-selling book devoted to project management. The book was put on market by Samo Sedno Publishers. He has been a facilitator to projects streamlining and implementation in such companies as ING, Nestle, Mars, Procter & Gamble, the National Transport Authority, Techland LLC, BGK.
The workshop will be held on the two exhibition days in the E2 capsule above the entrance to the E Expo hall. Admission free - you are most welcome!
